About Aim Trainer
Aim training separates two different skills: flicking, which is moving accurately to a new target in one motion, and tracking, which is following a moving one. This trainer drills flicking, the skill that most directly improves click-to-hit time in shooters.
Consistency beats raw speed. Keep one mouse sensitivity, use your arm for large movements and your wrist for small corrections, and aim for accuracy above eighty percent before trying to go faster — speed built on sloppy aim does not transfer.
