About List Sorter

Alphabetical sorting is case-insensitive and locale-aware, so names with accents sort where you would expect. Numeric mode reads the leading number on each line, which handles lists like '12 eggs' correctly where plain text sorting would not.

Shuffle uses a Fisher-Yates shuffle driven by the cryptographic random generator, so every ordering is equally likely — suitable for drawing names or randomizing a running order. Duplicate removal keeps the first occurrence of each line.
